Journalists Network Formed in Nilphamari
Nilphamari,

For
the development and extension of economic and trade
activities in Nilphamari, a media forum titled Economic
Journalists Network (EJ Net- Nilphamari emerged here
today. In a networking meeting held at the auditorium of
Sayadpur Lions School here, a convening committee of the
alliance was formed.
 Renowned
journalist Aminul Hoque and District Correspondent of
ATN Bangla Ratan Sarkar have been nominated as convenor
and member secretary respectively. Moreover, District
Correspondent of the Daily Prothom Alo M R Alam Jhontu,
District Correspondent of the Bangladesh Observer
Mohammad Abdullah and District Correspondent of the
Daily Samakal Israt Jahan Pallaby have been selected as
joint-convenor of the alliance.
With
the support of European Union, mass communication
oriented development organization CCD organized this
networking meeting. Director of CCD G M Mourtoza,
Regional Coordinator Shah Alam Shahi and District
Coordinator Aminul Hoque and local journalists of
different newspapers and electronic media were present
in the meeting. They vowed to lead different advocacy
and awareness activities for the development in the
trade and economy in Nilphamari under this media forum.
