Through WOW Virtual Bangladesh, we want to promote agency and honour women who take matters into their own hands regardless of age and refuse to give in to any harsh voices holding them back. On Friday, 30 July at 9.00 P.M we hear from Pinaki Bhattacharjee, an Assistant Trainer of the ‘Self-Defense for Girls’ project at Crack Platoon. She is working to create awareness among girls about practising self-defense, and believes that it strengthens both the mind and body.
